I have arthritis in my hips and this stuff is wonderful for helping with the pain. It doesn't take it away completely, but the pain relief is enough, so that I can continue with my workout program and get by in day to day activities, something I wasn't able to do comfortably before I found this stuff. I've read some other reviews with people complaining that this product upsets their stomach, but I haven't had any problems with it. I agree with the other person on here though, it seems like this is a product you have to take for life. I was on vacation and didn't take it for a few days and the pain came back, so I've been looking to buy it in bulk somewhere, as it is a little expensive, but I always find coupons for it in the newspaper and they have a loyalty program too which is pretty good. I'd give it a try if you have joint pain. I feel like I got a part of my life back with this stuff and am grateful for that.

I took this supplement and it worked great. the only problem is that it covers up your pain don't get me wrong the product works and if you are at the end of your rope and can't get rid of your pain you have been having and have tried PT, Chiropractors, Deep tissue massage, and have had surgery and still have pain then this is a great last resort to get rid of the pain. But you will be dependent on the stuff for life. If you are someone who wants to take something that will get rid of joint pain or any muscular physical pain anywhere try out this site:[...] and give Synotrex a try. You will be pain free within a month but you will not have to be dependent on anything after word. You take it for a month and then you are pain free it's as simple as that. I have consider myself lucky to have found it.

I've been taking three tablets of this every morning for a long time, and had forgotten what I used to feel like until a doctor suggested I try doing without it, since she doubted it was doing me any good.
Within a week my hands and fingers were stiff and aching in the morning, and having my husband hold my hand was so painful I had to ask him to stop. (At least the aching knees I had also had when I started taking glucosamine a few years ago didn't come back, probably due to regular gentle exercise - I do Curves regularly to try to hold myself together as I age. But my hands and fingers really ached.)
After toughing it out another week, I started taking these again. It took about a week for my hands to begin to feel the difference, but after two weeks they're back to normal - no pain or stiffnes at all, and my husband can hold my hand as long as he wants. These pills are wonderful. Give them a week or two to work - if you're like me, you won't feel the effects right away. But once they kick in, life is wonderful.
Great product if you have joint and knee pain.

Shiff Move Free Advanced with 1500 mg MSM is a great product. I had a knee injury and had pain continually - Surgery was not an option and PT didn't help. If I take 2 - 3 of these a day I don't have knee pain. If I don't take it over the course of a few days, I can start to feel pain again. It worked for me.
