| Improve your diabetes self-management! This easy-to-use diabetes log book covers all aspects of diabetes self-care for Type 1 or Type 2 diabetics, whether using oral medications (pills), insulin injections, or an insulin pump.
No more chasing separate pieces of paper and fumbling with tiny booklets!WeeklyTrack Diabetes Management Kit keeps all of your detailed diabetes information in one book, but still shows you the "big picture" of your diabetes management.
Each WeeklyTrack book holds one full year of information. Unlike other systems, there are no refills or extras to buy. One book per year is all you need. It's not a calendar -- start when you want, fill in your own dates.
Designed by a diabetic, WeeklyTrack provides daily diabetes logging with color-coded charts in a unique format that shows each a week at a glance:
* Blood Glucose Readings (up to 11 times a day, includes overnight)
* Meals and Snacks (includes space for your carb counting)
* Medication/Insulin Dosing
* Activities/Exercise(includes their effects on your blood glucose readings)
* Insulin Pumping (space to write down basal temp rates)
There's also plenty of room for notes about other factors that affect your blood sugar levels and which your electronic meter does not record, such as: stress, schedule and dietary changes, etc.
Also includes record keeping for A1C Readings, Cardiovascular Health, Eye/Dental/Foot Care, Sick Day Management, and more...
Get more out of health care appointments. Take WeeklyTrack along so that you and your health professional can better track your progress and how you respond to changes in your care plan.

| "Absolutely LOVE IT!!!! Must have journal for anyone with diabetes! I ordered two more! You will not be disappointed. It's so easy to log in your glucose numbers, insulin, carbs, what you ate, exercise, and even daily foot examination. I really like that it's set up as a 52 week book. Everything is right there written down for when you see your doctor. You will be able to track your progress and see your ups and downs. There's even a comment section. I highly recommend this product for anyone with diabetes. Thanks so much! A+++++++++++++" |

I've been looking for a really clear log book for my 5yr old son for a while now. I didn't want printed out loose log pages, and I can't stand the logs that come with BG meters. It may take a little getting used to just having a large notebook laying around on our kitchen counter, but we'll adjust.
This book is perfect for us! I was pleasantly surprised by the sections in the back of the book where we can log dates and info from Endo appts, as well as from eye exams, dental exams, and healthcare contacts.
Every diabetic should own one. We'll be back to order another one next year! |

| I would highly recommend this journal for anyone who has Diabeties. Recently I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabeties. I had a little log book keeping track of my sugar level that came with my Glucose monitor and I also had a notebook keeping track of my food as well as any other information I needed to write down. This Weekly Journal is awesome. It keeps track of your sugar, your food intake as well as your exercise routine. It also has room to add any additional notes. Its a 52 Week Journal, everything you need in one place. In the back of the book, you have information you can store for yourself which include dates of any medical procedures such as your A1C test that way you can keep track of these things yourself. I would highly recommend this journal to anyone who has Type 2 Diabeties. Its easy, user friendly and a "must have" for all new patients. |
Well-Designed and Easy to Use!

When Lifescan -- the manufacturer of my blood glucose meter -- stopped printing their free log books, they recommended that I try this one.
They were right: the format is so clear and easy to use. The way the pages are set up naturally flows with how a diabetic has to keep notes and test throughout the day. The colors and symbols used in the daily charts look cheerful and take a lot of the drudgery out of my daily record-keeping. Plus, the special sections for eyes, teeth, and feet have me paying better attention to my whole diabetes care. This is a quality log book -- well worth the price -- and I would not hesitate to recommend it other people with diabetes! |

My sister has been dealing with diabetes for several years now, so I bought her this book, hoping it might help. Well, it sure did! Before, she was so frustrated, because keeping track of her info was a real struggle. But now, with this WeeklyTrack book, her glucose readings have improved because she is managing her diet much better. She said it has helped her to figure out which times of day it is better to eat certain foods, and when is the best time to take her daily walk. Her doctor has been able to help her more, because he can look at the book and see how she's doing in between visits. We recommend this book for all diabetics!
By the way, if you are a family or professional caregiver, you might also want to look at Daily CareLog (The Complete Caregiving Diary), a caregiving log book by this same publisher.
